About the internship
Our toy manufacturing start-up is looking for new design members who are just as passionate about playtime as we are. Nestled in Gujarat, our office fuels creativity for leading brands like Hamleys, Reliance Entertainment, FirstCry, and Flipkart. Our focus areas include product design, packaging design, and brand visuals.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conceptualize and create premium, sophisticated packaging designs that complement the product and storytelling, incorporating illustrations, typography, and branding elements to maximize shelf impact and convey the product's narrative
2. Design graphics that contribute to an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that products stand out on retail shelves and attract attention
3. Utilize typography effectively to complement illustrations and enhance storytelling on social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
4. Demonstrate proficiency in a range of illustration styles, adapting as necessary to suit different projects and target audiences
5. Pay meticulous attention to detail, producing high-quality illustrations with intricate and vibrant elements
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including writers, designers, and marketers, to bring cohesive storytelling and design concepts to life
7. Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
8. Perform QA on designs for errors

1. Pursuing a degree in a creative field is a must
2. Proficiency in programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
3. Good written and verbal communication skills
4. Strong attention to detail and artistic skills
5. A portfolio of work with a range of creative projects
6. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, and typography
