We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Design intern to join our team at Reflex Realty LLP! If you have a passion for design and are skilled in Video Editing, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro, we want to hear from you.
As our Graphic Design intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Talk to customers to understand their current processes and gather requirements
2. Customize the Visdum product to meet the specific needs of the customers
3. Determine the data needed from different departments on the customer's side
4. Create timelines for implementing the product and keep customers updated
5. Set up the product for customers and create sales compensation plans for different roles in sales according to the customer s comp plan structures
6. Help customers get started and train their administrators and payees
7. Collaborate with our marketing team to create visually appealing graphics for our social media channels and website
8. Assist in designing marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and advertisements
9. Edit and produce engaging videos to showcase our properties and services
10. Help maintain brand consistency across all design projects
11. Stay up-to-date on design trends and software updates to ensure high-quality work
12. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to our creative team
13. Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to support the overall goals of the company
