HR Consultant Internship

Summary:
Recruiter India is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR intern to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our consultancy services by assisting in various tasks related to candidate sourcing, initial screening, and pre-onboarding processes.

Role & Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with HR consultants to understand client requirements and expectations for talent acquisition
2. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels
3. Support the initial screening process by reviewing resumes, conducting basic interviews, and assessing candidate suitability
4. Coordinate with the senior consultants to schedule client interviews, ensuring seamless communication and timely updates
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interviews, and recruitment progress
6. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and document management tasks

Requirements:
1. Pursuing or completing a bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and candidates
3. Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
5. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to evolving recruitment processes
6. Minimum 6 Months of prior experience in HR or recruitment-related roles
7. Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is desirable
