We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and administrative tasks. The HR Intern will work closely with our HR team to support day-to-day operations and contribute to the overall success of our HR initiatives.
1. Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Supporting employee on boarding and orientation activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
