About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting in the sourcing of candidates for open positions, salary negotiation, and candidate document validation before the release of the recruitment offer and onboarding of the new joiners
2. Maintaining employee record files both in the HRMS tool & their physical personal files from joining to relieving
3. Managing monthly attendance & keeping a record of leaves, updating the same on the HRMS tool every month
4. Providing support to the finance team in various financial & management reporting activities

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 10th Apr'24 and 15th May'24

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Candidates with a commerce background would be preferred as most of the recruitments would be of Finance roles

2. The candidate should have good logical, communication, & people engagement skills

3. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

4. support in conducting regular team engagement activities
