About the internship
Role Overview: The Human Resource Intern will work closely with the HR Associate, HR Manager, Head HR, and other team members and support them in streamlining the employee file management process by sorting, auditing, and digitizing employee files, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance. The intern should embody and demonstrate great attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, work well in a team, and fantastic documentation skills.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sort employee files based on a predefined criterion and establish a standardized naming convention
2. Conduct an audit of sorted files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies
3. Digitize sorted and audited employee files, ensuring secure storage and easy
accessibility for HR staff

Other requirements
1. Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in HR, or similar relevant degree.
Required professional experience:
1. 0-1 year of relevant HR experience, in an organization of repute
2. Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and Google office
3. Demonstrated successful experience working with detailed information and numerical data and presenting it in a way that is easily understood by people at different levels in the organization
4. Basic data analysis and presentation skills
