3. Support employee relations activities, such as performance management and disciplinary processes.
4. Assist with training and development initiatives, including organizing training sessions and tracking employee progress.
5. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
6. Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and diversity and inclusion efforts.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
