About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with posting job openings on job boards, social media, and other platforms
2. Screen resumes and applications and schedule interviews with candidates
3. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
4. Assist with drafting offer letters and employment contracts
5. Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and data
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and data
7. Provide general administrative support to the recruitment and procurement teams as needed

Other requirements

1. A relevant bachelors or masters degree program, such as in business or human resources, is required. An MBA with a specialization in HR is preferred.

2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Experience with recruitment and procurement processes is a plus.
