2. Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.
3. Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels (social media)
4. Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
5. Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references, and check credits
6. Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
7. Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
8. Follow up and assist with the candidate's transition and onboarding process
9. Manage virtual office management (Zoom)
10. Know your area of expertise (specialized industry or job function)

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per recruitment ).
