About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Offline Marketing Campaigns: Plan, coordinate, and execute offline marketing campaigns for Green Feast products, with a focus on weekends to maximize customer engagement and reach.
2. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers during events and marketing initiatives, effectively communicating the benefits and features of Green Feast products. Build rapport and relationships with potential customers to drive sales and brand loyalty.
3. Event Coordination: Organize and manage promotional events, pop-up shops, and community outreach programs to showcase Green Feast products. Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, setup, and staffing, to ensure successful events.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align offline marketing efforts with overall brand strategy and messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns.
5. Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers and convey product information in a clear and compelling manner. Act as a brand ambassador for Green Feast, embodying our values and mission.
6. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of offline marketing campaigns, tracking metrics such as foot traffic, sales conversions, and customer feedback. Use data insights to refine strategies and optimize future marketing efforts.
7. Brand Representation: Uphold the Green Feast brand image and values at all times, maintaining professionalism and integrity in interactions with customers, partners, and the public.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 12000 per 100).
