Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies which involve creating a roadmap to acquire and engage as many members in the online community.
2. Build Communities in large numbers across messaging and social media platforms catering to the youth in Southern India.
3. Lead a team of dedicated youth leaders, providing training and externship opportunities to foster their professional growth.
4. Be available for up to 2 daily stand-ups online of 15-20 mins from 10-11pm each on google meets with progress updates.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 12000 per performance).
