4. Assisting with organizing training and development programs for staff.
5. Helping with employee relations activities and supporting HR projects.
6. Providing administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents and reports.
7. Assisting with other HR initiatives and tasks as needed.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 500000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per sale).
