Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle inbound calls: Professionally answer incoming calls, providing a positive and informative customer experience.
2. Qualify potential customers: Ask insightful questions to understand the caller's needs and determine if our solutions are a good fit.
3. Domain expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions.
4. Sales conversions: Guide interested callers through the sales process, addressing questions and concerns to close deals.
5. Customer service: Provide exceptional support, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. CRM management: Accurately record call details and customer interactions in our CRM system.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize the customer journey.
