Real Estate Field Professional Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct comprehensive geographical research and data collection in targeted localities.
2. Utilise mobile photography skills to capture high-quality images of rental properties for marketing purposes.
3. Maintain records of the gathered information about the property. Keep a record of the property details such as owner details, amenities, floor, facing, parking, and nearby available facilities.

Please Note:

1. This is both an internship or a part-time job.
2. The role is ideal for young college grads who want to start a career in real estate.
3. Alongside so many skills such as network building, team player, and creative thinking to close a deal are some added perks.
4. The dedication required is around 3 hours per day to 5 hours per day.
5. This job requires fieldwork as well, it is preferred for male candidates only.
