Telecalling Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails and direct calls.
2. Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer.
3. Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand.
4. Acquiring and retaining contact information databases.
5. Engage with the potential and existing customers to inform about the product or services offered.
6. Assess the needs and requirements of customer.
7. Handle the grievances of the customer and offer advice to resolve them.
8. Keep records of the sales phone calls and note useful information.
9. Pitch the services directly to the potential customers.
10. Store and update the customer information in the database.
