About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Hunt clients who are looking for a recruitment agency/vendor
2. Approach/connect with the decision maker at the client's end
3. Source & screen candidates as per the client's requirements and arrange their interviews
4. Interact and discuss with the client daily
5. Submit your daily reports with your manager

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of conversion/ billing value).
