Key responsibilities:
1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings
2. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
3. Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment systems
4. Support the team with administrative tasks such as drafting job descriptions and preparing offer letters
5. Help with organizing recruitment events and job fairs
6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
7. Assist in creating engaging recruitment marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop
