Follow-up with existing leads via various mediums to drive conversions and achieve targets.
Manage end to end sales cycle for potential customer.
Assisting potential customers with company designated financing options and delivery process.
Planning and forecasting of monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenues and expenses from different channels such as Vehicles, accessories and merchandise.
Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, documentations and payments.
Building healthy customer relationships and maintaining good reputation of the assigned experience centre.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the product, including specifications, pricing.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
