You will work directly under the founding team reporting to CEO/COO driving some of the key charters for the company, ranging from strategic projects to operation optimization. Directly learning about a retail startup's day to day operations, you would be executing various business development strategies and see it to fruition.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Execute & optimize current operational practices and SOPs in retail stores
2. Drive deeper product penetration & understand customer requirements by conducting frequent surveys & feedback on the field and online
3. Adopt creative/guerilla techniques to enhance customer engagement and subsequently improve sales
4. Measure & enhance customer satisfaction across a cluster of stores
5. Handle the end-to-end processes for outreach, operations & the customer experience throughout the process
6. Conduct training of store staff on adherence to SOP & keep a strict quality check on the store performance
Note: As a part of this internship, the said intern would be required to travel within the city to the designated store location every day.
