Social Media Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Regularly monitor the company's online presence across various social media platforms and online forums to identify mentions, reviews, and comments
2. Engage with customers and respond promptly to their queries, comments, and feedback on social media platforms in a professional and timely manner
3. Assist in managing and updating the company's social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. by scheduling posts, creating content, and engaging with followers
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms that aligns with the company's branding and messaging
5. Monitor and manage the company's online reputation by addressing negative feedback, reviews, and comments diplomatically and effectively
6. Track and analyze key social media metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies
7. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in ORM and social media management to propose innovative ideas and strategies
8. Continuously learn and improve skills related to social media management, ORM, and digital marketing through training programs, workshops, and self-study
