About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, and engagement, and drive traffic to our online platforms
2. Manage all social media accounts including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
3. Create and curate high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform and audience segment
4. Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback, and respond promptly to inquiries and comments
5. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to increase website traffic, lead generation, and sales conversions
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas and concepts aligned with brand objectives and target audience preferences
7. Produce compelling visual and written content including but not limited to images, videos, GIFs, infographics, blog posts, and newsletters
8. Utilize social media analytics tools and platforms to track key performance indicators, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and generate regular performance reports
9. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future marketing initiatives and improve overall social media presence
10. Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media platforms, websites, and advertising campaigns
11. Stay updated on video marketing trends and techniques to incorporate innovative ideas into content creation strategies

Other requirements
1. Proven work experience as a social media marketer or a similar role in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is highly desirable
2. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics
3. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalent
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
6. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms
