About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with Airblack s business leaders and drive end-to-end talent recruitment and onboarding to meet all full-time and contractual talent needs across the organization
2. Work on mass hiring for Airblack s inside sales team through both campus hiring and recruiting through platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn
3. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of employees including onboarding, query resolution, retention, rewards and recognition, benefits, and exit management
4. Aid implementation of performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives to boost talent retention and productivity across functions
5. Implement tooling and dashboards to track recruitment, employee health, and HR processes and give actionable insights to business leaders
6. Oversee overall compliance and policy adherence relating to both full-time and contractual employees
7. Work directly with the leadership team on strategic team expansion and performance initiatives

You will be in the driving seat for crucial growth initiatives, as we scale Airblack s revenue and profitability by 10x in the next 2 years!

Other requirements

1. Bachelor or post-graduate degree in human resources, business administration, or related field

2. 1-3 years experience in HR generalist, HRBP, or talent acquisition roles

3. Previous experience working with inside sales-driven organizations is preferable

4. Experience with campus recruitment and recruitment from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities

5. Strong communication and public speaking skills in both Hindi and English

6. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations

7. You have a strong drive to own key metrics, are target-focused, and willing to both delegate and execute as and when needed

8. Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the leadership and the team
