Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential users to promote the News2Day app and its features
2. Clearly articulate the benefits of the app, including its convenience, speed, and reliability for staying updated with the latest news
3. Guide potential users through the app installation process and provide initial support to navigate the app
4. Collect feedback from users and potential users to improve marketing strategies and app features
5. Work closely with the marketing and development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to the app s continuous improvement
6. Work on achieving daily and weekly targets for calls made and app installations confirmed
7. Maintain accurate records of calls, user feedback, and app installation success rates

Requirements:

1. Recently completed UG/PG in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
2. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and motivate others
3. Comfortable with technology and capable of explaining app features and benefits
4. Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales is advantageous but not required
5. A genuine interest in technology, apps, and the news/media industry
