2. Handling incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
3. Maintaining a database of customer information and interactions in MS-Excel.
4. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and goals.
6. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
7. Providing feedback on customer trends and market insights.
