We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress development, proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, and the ability to work on projects with a part-time commitment. The WordPress Web Developer will collaborate with our team to create visually appealing and highly functional websites, contributing their expertise to our projects.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Website Development:
Develop custom WordPress/Shopify themes and plugins to enhance website functionality
Modify existing themes and plugins as needed to meet project requirements
Stay updated with the latest WordPress/Shopify trends and technologies
2. Front-end and Back-end Development:
Implement responsive and mobile-friendly designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Collaborate with designers part-time to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the WordPress/Shopify environment
Customize and extend WordPress/Shopify functionalities through custom coding
3. Collaboration:
Work and closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to understand project requirements
Provide technical support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Knowledge of web standards and best practices
WordPress/Shopify Expertise:
In-depth understanding of the WordPress/Shopify CMS
Experience with theme and plugin development
Familiarity with popular page builders and e-commerce plugins
Communication Skills:
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to new technologies and stay current with industry trends
Capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines within a flexible work schedule
