1. Bachelors degree or higher in graphic design, web design, computer science, or a related field
2. Proficiency in Webflow with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations
3. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
4. Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
7. Portfolio showcasing previous web design projects, preferably including examples created with Webflow
