Key responsibilities include being responsible for customer experience, in-gym center sales, inventory management, customer troubleshooting, and people management.

1. Qualification: Graduation/diploma/certificate
2. Dress up: Formals only
3. Work from office, 6 working days, week off 1 - rotational
4. Shift timings are rotational shifts: Split shift - 5:30 am to 10 am (Go back home) and then 5 pm to 10 pm
Compensation details:
It differs as per the center, but it will be between 2.4 - 2.7 LPA, i.e., 18k - 21k after a 10% TDS deduction (Rs. 2500 - 3300). Other than this, you will get incentives between 8 - 10K that will totally depend upon the performance (sales) that you have done.
Interview process:
1. 1st round on Google Meet with the cluster manager
2. 2nd round on Google Meet with the cluster head
3. Final round with HRBP on Google Meet
