Corporate Sales Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Meet sales goals: Actively promote products and services to customers and be able to close sales. Sales associates are often given individual or team sales goals to meet
2. Upsell and cross-sell: Encourage customers to purchase additional products or services that complement their original purchase. This can increase the total sale amount and improve the customer's experience
3. Provide product knowledge: Provide accurate information about the products and services you offer to customers. This means that you will need to be knowledgeable about the features, benefits, and drawbacks of each product
4. Handle customer complaints: Address customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. This may involve refunding or exchanging products, apologizing for mistakes, or escalating the issue to a manager

Overall, your role as a sales associate is to provide excellent customer service and help drive sales for the company.
