About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor and respond to customer reviews, comments, and messages across various social media platforms
2. Engage with customers in a professional and timely manner, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues promptly
3. Review all social media posts for accuracy and ensure inappropriate content is removed
4. Stay informed on social media trends, innovations, and changes

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a social media representative or in a similar role
2. A year of customer service experience would be beneficial
3. Excellent knowledge of social media best practices
4. Ability to effectively use a variety of social media platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google+
5. Working knowledge of social media tools
6. Solid customer service skills
7. Good communication and writing skills
8. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
