Key responsibilities:

1. Source accurate contact details from online sources like Linkedin, Fundoodata, and Google search, and from offline networks of the decision-maker of events from the founders and Marketing departments of companies in the business of E-commerce, D2C Brands, Community Building brands, Travel Brands, real estate, restaurants, etc.
2. Maintain the database on the internal templates of the organization
3. Prepare for meetings via structured research about the target client
4. Conduct effective sales meetings to understand the events ecosystem of the client, Position Be Rolling Media as the best choice for the client, and Generate requirements for events from the client
5. Manage enquiries and leads
6. Follow up with clients to ensure meetings
7. Follow up with all leads
8. Call all enquiries to understand their fit
9. Obtain leads for meetings
10. Understand the industry and update with requirements
11. Manage leads from social media and offline networks
12. Set appointments with enquiries
13. Create presentations based on client requirements
14. Coordinate with the operations team to generate proposals and pre-event P&L.
15. Negotiate win-win deals
16. Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines
17. Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client
18. Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to completion of the event
