4. Handle employee queries and concerns regarding benefits, policies, and procedures, providing timely and accurate information to promote employee satisfaction and engagement.
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
6. Assist in the preparation of HR reports, including headcount analysis, turnover rates, and training effectiveness, to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote employee engagement initiatives, such as employee recognition programs and team-building activities, fostering a positive work environment.
