Key responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers primarily located in the UK through inbound and outbound calls
2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with product or service-related queries
3. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and empathy
4. Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and deliver timely and accurate responses
5. Adhere to predefined processes and procedures while handling customer interactions
