1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
2. Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR functions
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS Word
6. Knowledge of HRIS software and familiarity with HR processes and procedures
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
8. Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
