Promotion Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Customer relationship management: Maintain and develop long-term cooperative relationships with existing customers, understand customer needs and expectations through regular communication, provide high-quality customer service, and ensure high customer satisfaction
2. Sales target achievement: According to the company's sales targets and strategies, execute the sales plan and achieve sales targets through various sales techniques and methods
3. Market information collection and analysis: Collect market information, including competitor dynamics, market trends, customer demand changes, etc., analyze the data, and provide a basis for the company's market strategy formulation
4. Product and service promotion: Introduce the company's products and services to customers, understand their specific needs, provide solutions, and promote new products or services
5. Contract negotiation and signing: Conduct business negotiations with customers, reach agreement on product prices, delivery time, service terms and other details, and sign contracts
6. Problem solving and support: Act as a bridge between customers and the company, quickly respond to customer's problems and needs, coordinate the company's internal resources, provide the necessary support, and solve problems encountered by customers during product use or service
7. Account management and collection: Responsible for account management, ensuring timely collection and maintaining good financial status.
8. Teamwork and training: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales goals
9. Participate in product training and sales skills training as needed to improve personal abilities
