Key Responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate leads.
2. Following up with existing customers to gather feedback, address inquiries, and promote additional offerings.
3. Maintaining accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead statuses in CRM systems.
4. Adhering to scripts and call guidelines provided by the company while maintaining a polite and professional demeanor.
5. Achieving daily or weekly call targets set by the team leader or manager.
