📌About the Event

The 4th All India Soundarya College of Law Moot Court Competition 2026 is a national-level moot court competition organised by the Moot Court Society of Soundarya College of Law, Bengaluru. Scheduled for October 23–24, 2026, the competition gives law students an opportunity to showcase their legal research, memorial drafting, advocacy, reasoning, and courtroom skills. The 2026 moot proposition deals primarily with issues relating to Constitutional Law, animal welfare, public safety, and the Animal Birth Control Rules, 2023.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules

• Eligibilty:
• Participants must be pursuing a 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated law degree from a recognised university.
• Each team must consist of 2 or 3 members, with two designated speakers and an optional researcher.
• Only one team per college/institution can participate.
• Participation is capped at 40 teams.
