📌About the Event
The 19th CII National Competitiveness & Cluster Summit 2026 is a national-level industry competition organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) – Centre of Excellence for Competitiveness for SMEs. It provides manufacturing and service-sector organisations with a platform to showcase successful improvement projects, benchmark their practices against industry leaders, and gain national recognition for operational and manufacturing excellence. The 2026 edition features Case Study Competition and Kaizen Competition tracks.

- Mode of Conduct: Primarily offline/physical
- Venue: India Habitat Centre, New Delhi
- Case Study Competition: Teams present their organisation’s improvement project live before a national jury.
- Kaizen Competition: Participants submit a Kaizen Sheet for offline evaluation; no live presentation is required.
- Case-study areas include Productivity, Quality, Cost Management, Energy Excellence, Automation, Safety, Sustainability and Digital Transformation.
- Kaizen categories include Productivity, Quality, Cost, 3M, 5S, Safety, Energy, Morale and Environment.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Eligibilty:
- Open to manufacturing and service-sector organisations.
- Both Large Enterprises and MSMEs are eligible to participate.
- Participants must showcase a genuine improvement, competitiveness or operational-excellence initiative from their organisation.
- Case Study Competition: The improvement journey/project must be presented live before the CII national jury.
