Internshala Student Partner (ISP) Program is a 60-day opportunity for college students to become the face of Internshala on their campus, develop real-world skills, build their network, and earn exciting rewards.

As an Internshala Student Partner, participants get the opportunity to promote Internshala’s career and upskilling opportunities among students, conduct learning sessions, participate in exciting contests, and develop skills such as marketing, communication, networking and leadership.

The program includes multiple contests and activities, masterclasses and webinars, performance-based cash rewards, certificates, Letters of Recommendation, Internshala Trainings and exciting goodies.

• Result Announcement: 26 September 2026

🎯 Eligibility & Rules

• Students from colleges across India can apply.
• Students from all degrees and streams are eligible.
• The program is open to students who are interested in marketing, networking, communication, and leadership.
• Participants must be Indian students.
• Participants must provide accurate information while applying.
• Only eligible students can participate in the program.
• Participants are expected to complete assigned activities within the specified timelines.
• Rewards will be subject to the eligibility criteria and performance requirements applicable to the respective contests.
• Any fraudulent, misleading or unfair activity may result in disqualification.
• Internshala reserves the right to modify the program, activities, timelines or rewards, if required.

👉 Steps to Participate

• Apply for the ISP Program: Fill out the Internshala Student Partner application form with your personal, college, and other required details.
• Complete Your Application: Answer the questions about why you want to become an ISP and how you plan to promote Internshala in your college.
• Wait for Application Evaluation: The Internshala team will review and evaluate your application.
• Participate in the Direct Entry Round (if available): After applying, participate in the Direct Entry activities to improve your chances of securing a place in the program.
• Check Your Selection Result: Selected candidates will be informed according to the program’s announced timeline.
• Join the ISP Program: Once selected, participate in the program activities, complete assigned tasks and represent Internshala among students in your college.

Top-performing participants can win exciting rewards, including performance-based cash rewards, Internshala Trainings, certificates and Letters of Recommendation, along with merchandise and other goodies.
