📌About the Event
KAYA’26 AI Case Study Challenge is a real-world problem-solving competition conducted as part of KAYA’26 – Artificial Intelligence Youth Exploration. Participants work in teams to analyse business and technology challenges provided by companies and institutes, develop practical solutions, and present their recommendations. The top teams from the online round will advance to the offline finale at IIT (BHU), Varanasi.

- Mode: Hybrid – online submission followed by an offline final round.
- Team Size: 2–4 members.
- Participants choose one real-world problem statement and develop a practical solution.
- The competition focuses on business analysis, strategy, technology feasibility, recommendations, and implementation.
- Top 10 teams from the online round will present their solutions during the offline finale.
- Offline Venue: Swatantrata Bhavan, IIT (BHU), Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Eligibilty:
- The competition is open to students, professionals, entrepreneurs, researchers, creators, hobbyists, and participants from any academic or professional background.
- There is no student-only or specific academic qualification restriction.
- Participants below 18 years must have parental or guardian consent.
- Teams must consist of 2–4 members.
- Each team must select one problem statement provided for the challenge.
- Solutions should be original, practical, and implementable.
- Teams should clearly explain their problem analysis, solution approach, recommendations, and implementation strategy.
🏆 Benefits for the Participants
- Winners will receive special prizes associated with the Case Study Challenge.
- Partner companies may offer additional/custom prizes; exact prize details are yet to be announced.
- Winning teams receive industry recognition for their solutions.
- Finalists get the opportunity to present their ideas at the KAYA’26 offline event at IIT (BHU).
