📌 About the Event

CodeMyFYP HACK 26 is a 48-hour virtual hackathon that brings together developers, students, designers, AI builders, and problem-solvers from across India to turn real-world problems into working products. Participants can choose challenges focused on AI for Learning, Developer Productivity, Accessible India, or Climate & Communities, and build, test, ship, and demonstrate their solutions within their assigned 48-hour build window.

• Format: 100% Virtual
• Participation: Individual or teams of up to 4 members
• Build Format: Participants receive a rolling 48-hour build window after registration confirmation
• Challenge Tracks: AI for Learning, Developer Productivity, Accessible India, and Climate & Communities
• Project Focus: Participants develop working solutions to real-world problems under their chosen challenge track
• Submission: Participants are required to submit a working demo, public GitHub repository, README, testing evidence, AI-use declaration, and a 2-minute pitch video
• AI Tools: Participants may use AI development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Codex, and GitHub Copilot during the hackathon

• Hackathon Conclusion: 22 September 2026
• Build Window: 48 hours per team, starting right after registration confirmation (rolling)

🎯 Eligibility & Rules

• The hackathon is open to participants across India.
• Participants can take part individually or form a team with up to 4 members.
• Participants must register and receive confirmation before starting their hackathon submission.
• Each participant/team must work on a solution aligned with one of the announced challenge tracks.
• Submitted projects must be the participant’s/team’s own work.
• Participants are responsible for testing and validating their solutions, including any AI-assisted development.
• All required submission materials must be provided through the designated submission process.
• Participants must follow the organizer’s submission guidelines and evaluation requirements.
