📌About the Event

LovHack Season 3 is a global, student-focused online hackathon that brings together young developers, designers, founders, and creators to turn ideas into working technology projects. Running from September 26 to October 4, 2026, the hackathon is intentionally open-ended, allowing participants to build projects across AI/ML, web and mobile development, education technology, productivity, automation, accessibility, gaming, developer tools, social impact, and other areas. Beginners are welcome, and participants can compete individually or form teams.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules

• Eligibilty:
• Participation is restricted to students aged 13–24 under the current Devpost eligibility listing.
• Participants can join individually or in teams of up to 4 members.
• Participants may only belong to one team for the same submitted project.
• The primary project must be developed during the official LovHack Season 3 build period.
• Previously completed projects cannot simply be resubmitted.
• Existing open-source libraries, APIs, frameworks, templates, AI tools, public datasets, and general-purpose components may be used.
• If participants build upon previous work, they must clearly disclose what existed before the hackathon and identify the substantial new work completed during LovHack.

🏆 Benefits for the Participants

• Sponsor-specific prizes and challenges may also be introduced as partnerships are finalized.
• Participants may receive access to sponsor tools, credits, APIs, resources, and other builder benefits.
• Participants get an opportunity to create and launch a real project that can be added to their portfolio.
• The event also provides opportunities to connect with other student builders, experiment with new development and AI tools, and receive feedback on submitted projects.
