📌About the Event

TransformerZ Hackathon – Build Intelligence From Zero is an AI and machine learning challenge organized by Zyora Labs. Unlike hackathons focused on integrating existing AI APIs or pretrained models, TransformerZ challenges participants to design, train, and demonstrate their own neural model starting from random initialization. Participants can work across domain intelligence, generative systems, scientific and industrial AI, or open innovation, with models expected to fall within the 100M–300M parameter range.

• Eligibilty:
• Students from the following engineering disciplines are explicitly invited:- Computer Science Engineering (CSE)
• Information Technology (IT)
• Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)
• Mechanical Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Participants may register individually or as a team of 3.
• Participants must work on a neural model in the stated 100M–300M parameter range.
• Projects can fall under Domain Intelligence, Generative Systems, Scientific & Industrial AI, or Open Innovation.
• The core challenge is to design and train a model from random initialization, rather than merely relying on a ready-made pretrained model.
