CAD to Creation – CAD Hackathon 2026 is a design-focused competition organized by the Department of Civil Engineering, K.S. School of Engineering and Management (KSSEM). The hackathon challenges students to demonstrate their CAD skills, technical accuracy, creativity, and design thinking by working on a given design brief. Participants will be required to develop a 2D floor plan and 2D elevation, with the event centred around the theme “Design to Win – Innovative for a Sustainable Future.”

🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Open to Civil Engineering, Architecture, and Engineering students.
- Participation is in teams of 2 members.
- Each team will be provided with a design brief and the required design data.
- Participants must prepare a 2D floor plan based on the given requirements.
- Participants must also prepare a corresponding 2D elevation.
- Teams are expected to demonstrate their CAD/design capabilities while addressing the event’s sustainability-focused theme.
- Participants should follow the specifications and requirements included in the design brief provided by the organizers.
