- Registration Method: Applicants must register using their mandatory Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID), which auto-fills demographic details via OTP verification.
- Application Workflow: Candidates log in, choose their specific department, college, and applicable scholarship scheme, upload required scanned documents, and submit.
- Verification Levels: Submissions pass through a three-tier online verification model—Institute Level, Nodal Body/University Level, and Head Office Level.
- Direct Benefit Transfer: Approved scholarship funds are transferred directly into the applicant’s Aadhaar-seeded bank account.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Eligibility varies according to the specific scholarship scheme selected on the Har-Chhatravratti portal.
- Applicants must meet the applicable academic, category, income, domicile and attendance requirements.
- Haryana-domicile students studying outside Haryana may also apply under eligible schemes.
- For Post-Matric Scholarship schemes for SC/BC students, annual family income must not exceed ₹2.5 lakh and attendance must be at least 75%.
- Applicants must provide accurate information and the required supporting documents during application
- Applications are verified at three levels: Institute, University/Nodal Body and Head Office.
