SymBMUN 2026 – 1st Edition is the inaugural Model United Nations conference organised by Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies (SCMS), Nagpur. Scheduled for October 10–11, 2026, the two-day event brings together students from schools, colleges and universities to participate in diplomacy, debate, negotiation, public policy and strategic decision-making.
Along with traditional MUN committees, SymBMUN 2026 features IPL and FIFA Mega Auctions, giving participants an additional opportunity to test their strategy, negotiation and decision-making skills. The event also includes a Social Night and networking opportunities for participants.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Eligibilty:
- Students from schools, colleges and universities are invited to participate.
- MUN societies, debate clubs and student communities have also been invited to participate in the inaugural edition.
- Participants can take part in committees covering human rights, economics, international security, Indian politics and international press.
- Delegates are expected to research their assigned portfolio/country and participate in formal debate, negotiation and resolution-building according to the respective committee format.
- Participants are expected to demonstrate skills such as public speaking, diplomacy, negotiation, research, collaboration and strategic decision-making.
