📌About the Event

Steel-a-thon Season 13 is Tata Steel’s annual national-level business competition designed for students from selected premier B-Schools in India. The competition challenges MBA/PGDM students to solve real-world business problems across Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, and Human Resources. Participants are tested on business understanding, strategic thinking, analytical ability, problem-solving and decision-making. Teams progressing through the competition also get opportunities to interact with and receive mentorship from Tata Steel leaders and domain experts.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules

• Eligibilty:
• Open to 1st-year and 2nd-year students pursuing a full-time, two-year MBA/PGDM programme.
• Students must belong to one of the 35 B-Schools specifically listed by Tata Steel.
• Students pursuing the following programmes are not eligible:- Executive MBA/management programmes
• Part-time programmes
• Distance-learning programmes
• One-year management programmes
• Every team must contain exactly two members.
• Both members must belong to the same institute.
• Cross-specialisation teams are allowed.
• Cross-year teams are allowed, meaning a first-year and second-year student can participate together if they belong to the same eligible institute.
• A participant can be a member of only one team.
