LEAP Hackathon Series 2026–27 – Mangaluru is a product-focused hackathon organised by TiE Bangalore as part of the LEAP Hackathon Series. Participants will work on real-world challenges related to Blue Economy and Fisher Safety, develop practical solutions, and present their products to industry and government stakeholders. The Mangaluru edition will shortlist 25 teams to participate in the hackathon.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Open to students, tech enthusiasts, innovators and startup teams.
- Selected teams will work on real-world Blue Economy & Fisher Safety challenges.
- Teams are expected to develop a working product/prototype, rather than only presenting an idea.
- Only 25 teams will be shortlisted for the Mangaluru edition.
- Shortlisted teams must participate in the 1.5-day in-person hackathon in Mangaluru.
- Final solutions will be evaluated based on their relevance, feasibility and implementation.
