📌 About the Event

The Agentic Banking Hackathon 2026 is a global online hackathon presented by Airwallex. Participants are invited to build AI-powered agents using Airwallex APIs to solve financial challenges involving payments, treasury management, expense controls, transaction reconciliation and other banking operations. Participants can enter individually or in teams and access the Airwallex sandbox, technical workshops and engineering mentorship while developing their projects.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules

• Open to participants aged 18 and above worldwide.
• College students may participate.
• Projects must use Airwallex APIs to build agentic financial applications.
• Submissions must include a working demo, a video walkthrough of under five minutes, and a repository link with setup instructions.
• The hackathon is conducted online. Attending Demo Day in person is optional, and remote teams can access mentorship and judging.
• Participants retain ownership of their projects.
