📌About the Event

The UnFoldMart Design Hackathon 2026 is a national-level, 12-hour, offline design competition organized by UnFoldMart in Gurugram, Haryana, on 23 October 2026. The hackathon invites young designers and engineering students to showcase their creativity, branding expertise, product innovation and problem-solving skills.
Participants will be challenged to design a timeless, heirloom-inspired product, develop a distinctive brand identity and create an engaging packaging experience. The competition features a surprise design brief, collaborative challenges and an unexpected mid-event twist that tests participants’ ability to adapt and innovate under pressure.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules

• Eligibilty:
• Open to students currently pursuing recognized design or engineering programmes.
• Graduates who completed their studies within the last two years are also eligible.
• Students from the following disciplines are encouraged to apply:
• Brand and Communication Design
• Product and Industrial Design
• Furniture Design
• Packaging and Experience Design
• Engineering
• Applicants from recognized institutions across India can participate.
• Selection is based on portfolio quality, with special emphasis on creativity and hand-sketching abilities.
• Participants outside Delhi NCR can apply but must arrange their own travel and accommodation.
