🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Eligibilty:
- M.Tech./M.E.: Minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CPI in a relevant Engineering/Technology discipline.
- B.Tech./B.E.: Minimum 70% marks or 7.5 CPI in a relevant Engineering/Technology discipline.
- M.Sc.: Minimum 70% marks or 7.5 CPI in a relevant Science discipline.
- Entrance Qualification: GATE (not older than five years) or NET qualification, as prescribed by IIT Patna.
- SC/ST Relaxation: 5% marks or 0.5 CPI relaxation.
- Age Criteria in the Earlier Notice: 28 years for JRF-category applicants and 32 years for SRF-category applicants, with up to five years’ relaxation for specified categories.
